Job Description

We are looking for an ancillary rep to sell Life & Disability, Absence, and Voluntary.
 
Do you love working in Southern California, but to get to the next level you need more territory or bigger, better, brokers?
 
Are you doing your part on sales, but your relationships are being affected by implementations or ongoing service?
 
Then we'd like to talk to you about the role we're recruiting for.
 
Title: Ancillary Group Rep
 

Territory: SoCal

Size Focus: 100-5000 lives.  

Comp: $60k base salary, plus a guarantee in the first year. Top reps will make 8% of premium on top of the salary when hitting goal.  

What Else? Experienced leadership and team, great culture (no micromanaging), flexibility on contracts, and all claims are handled in-house including FML.
