Benefit Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Benefit Analyst in the Bay Area. You'll function as the analytical subject matter expert in strategy meetings with the Account Executive and Producer on an assigned book of business.

You'll need to have a thorough understanding of employee benefits, ability to think critically and provide strategic direction, application of advanced math and Excel skills and the ability to establish and maintain collaborative internal and external relationships.

If you enjoy being behind the scenes, rather than deal with the day-to-day client issues, yet still be an integral part of the clients' benefits strategy, then this will be a good fit.  Salary will range from 110K-130K depending on experience.
