Benefits Consultant - Baltimore

Job Description

We are searching for a Benefits Consultant (non-sales side) in the Baltimore/DC area for a benefits-focused agency.

You will have a service team (not their direct report) and provide strategic direction for your accounts. Clients range from level-funded to self-funded. For the less complex clients, there is also a Client Care Department that will handle a lot of the day-to-day servicing.

You'll be joining a fun, collaborative & supportive group of people but will not be micromanaged. You are trusted to manage your own team. 

• Salary is up to $175K depending on experience.
