We are looking for a Benefits Consultant (Producer) to join a privately held, top 100 Agency in the country. This is an award winning company who is big enough to have the right resources and compete in their markets; small enough to have a cohesive, strong culture.
We are looking for people who want to grow a book. Salary to start out as you ramp up, then a commission split once you are up and running. Ownership once your book has attained a certain level.
There are several offices in the Tri State Area, but you can work from home. You'll be supported by an AE and client service consultant, as well as an underwriting team, analyst team, and a 6-person technology department.
