Job Description

Are you trying to get to the next level but need more territory or bigger, better brokers? Are you doing your part on sales, but your relationships are being affected by implementations or ongoing service? Then we'd like to talk to you about the role we're recruiting for.  
 
Role: We are looking for an ancillary rep to sell Life & Disability, Absence Management and Voluntary.

Territory: Brokers in Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa (TBD)

Size Focus: 100-5000+ lives.  

Comp: $60k base salary, plus a guarantee the first 12-18 mos. One of the more competitive comp plans for companies selling over 100 lives.

What Else? Experienced leadership and team, great culture (no micromanaging), flexibility on contracts, and all claims are handled in-house including FML.
