Group Sales Manager - Tampa

We are looking for a producing sales manager for a Life and LTD company in Florida.  We are not stuck looking in only one area/city but do need someone who has Life/DI knowledge, key broker relationships, and excited to help build something special in the FL market.

You'll have a chance to build your own sales and service team.  Service staff are paid well, and the rep comp plan pays well too.

The comp plan for a manager is generous as a percent of premium and you'll earn a percentage of what your reps earn.  Managers at this company are earning $375k to $575k. 

There's a good expense account, the recent edition of some strong senior leadership, and local service to support your brokers and clients.  Plus, an old-fashioned pension plan!
