We're looking for a technically strong benefits consultant (aka underwriter or actuarial background) for a full-service consulting firm in Baltimore. You don't have to be a consultant now, but we do need someone who enjoys working with clients and managing client relationships. This person will also play a key role in training & managing a team.
The healthcare consultancy side of this company is in growth mode, tripling in size over the last 5 years, providing lots of opportunity for individual growth as well.
- Salary is between $125K-$150K. More depending on experience. Plus bonus.
- Work-from-home 2-3 days per week.
- Good benefits package including a 401k with 100% up to 6% match.
