Leadership opportunity! We need someone to take over the benefits consulting division of a well-known benefits software company. They provide a solution for clients with small HR teams who want to transition away from outsourcing their needs to PEO’s.
The platform helps with HR & HR Analytics, Benefits Administration, Compliance, Payroll & Time, and Talent Acquisition. Their enhanced services include Managed Payroll and Managed Benefits.
What you'll do:
- Get the brokerage operating in concert. Foster good communication between the areas of the company who touch the client.
- You will have 25 people in your organization made up of 4 managers who in turn run teams of 4 to 6 people.
- You will help the clients transition from PEO’s and work to onboard them faster.
- You’re not responsible for new business acquisition, there will be a warm hand off.
