Account Executive

Job Description

Looking for a fully remote, benefits account executive (service side) to join a team out of the San Francisco Bay Area.  

The company is structured as a singular business unit. It’s multi-million in revenue, but your share will be approximately between $500K-$800K. You’ll start out more supportive until it’s determined where you’ll be the primary.

There's a mix of small to medium-sized clients. Typically 25-50 lives to several 100 lives. The largest is over 1000. Many clients are self-funded.

Great work/life balance and no micro-management, but expectations are high on performance. 

Compensation will include a base salary (up to $150K depending on experience) plus a bonus based on the total profits and individual contribution. Great benefits for you and any dependents too.
