We're looking for a sales rep in Florida who will work through the broker channel to sell voluntary/worksite benefits. The primary products are Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity and STD.
With unmatched technology, this company offers customizable, digitally-forward benefit solutions that complement core medical coverage, while providing employees with additional financial protection from unexpected expenses.
Goal:
$2.5M but you'll want to sell $4-5M to make the money you want to make.
Sales goal almost has no bearing on the compensation. You’ll make a % of what you sell.
Target Size: Primarily 100-2500 lives.
Compensation:
Solid base, an 18 month guarantee, and a good comp plan that pays a straight percentage of premium on new and renewals..
