We're looking for a Western Region RVP at a quality Life/DI carrier.You'll be managing 3-4 managers and 12-14 sales reps. The sales team focuses on selling groups with 100+ lives, with a sweet spot of 500 to 3000. They have good absence management and a suite of supplemental health products.
This is a privately held company with a good culture and great boss!
Six-figure base and you'll earn mid $500K's at plan.
