Do you have an interest in the insurance industry and a desire to launch a successful career in sales?
Our client is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as up & coming sales producers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the commercial or the employee benefits insurance industry while working alongside seasoned professionals.
No prior experience in insurance sales is required – they provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed.
Base salary + monthly bonus offered in the beginning as your book grows. Once validated, commissions splits are 40% for new business and 25% for renewals.
What you will do:
- Learn about their portfolio of insurance products and services.
- Assist senior sales associates with prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Assist with the preparation of insurance proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects.
