Job Description

We're looking for a salesperson to join a company that's helping small and mid-size employers self-fund through group purchasing consortiums. 

This is an opportunity for someone in benefits who has sold stop-loss or worked for a TPA and an interest in applying those skills to chip away at the healthcare problem in the US.

What else: 

  • Groups are typically 50-150 employees.
  • Must have existing relationships with small, independent brokers.
  • Territory is a combination of the market you're in and where some of the automated leads come in. 
  • 1st year goal is $5M in stop-loss. 1000 lives TPA/Rx.
  • Base will be $75K-100K DOE. OTE year one should be $250K.  Year 2 & 3, even more.
