We are looking for a non-producing manager to run a large office for a Fortune 500 ancillary carrier in Chicago.
The office is one of the biggest for the company and covers Illinois and Wisconsin. You'll manage a total of 8 reps. The target comp is $450k and the last person in the role made a lot more than that.
