Job Description

We're looking for a sales rep for a benefits software program that dramatically improves the bidding process for brokers and carriers.
 
There is a portal for the brokers to use and for the carrier to use. The system makes it easy for brokers to gather all the information from their agency management system and pull it into one place so they can share it with carriers to get quotes. When they get the quotes back it is automatically collated into an easy-to-use format. 
 
For the carriers, it ensures that they have all the information they need to provide a quote without having to chase the broker down. It does not remove the relationship piece. Sales reps can still call on brokers and see what they need to do to win the business. The back-and-forth is tracked in the system so that there's no question what the final rates and terms were. It's paid for by the carrier that ultimately wins the business.
