Senior Account Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an employee benefits Account Manager in Springfield, MO who is interested in being the lead on a book of business.

You'll oversee a portfolio of assigned groups, provide proactive, personalized support and act as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers. 

Your book will consist of a mixture of fully insured and self-funded groups, with a group size typically around 100+ employees. 

You will enjoy a hybrid work environment, half-day Fridays during the summer, base salary + bonus, and good benefits like 100% company paid medical.
