We're looking for a technically strong Benefits Consultant for a full-service consulting firm in Baltimore. You don't have to be a consultant now, but we do need someone who wants to get out from behind the computer screen and work directly with clients. This person will also play a key role in mentoring other employees.
The healthcare consultancy side of this company is in growth mode, tripling in size over the last 5 years, providing lots of opportunity for individual growth as well.
- Salary is between $90K-$135K depending on experience. Plus bonus.
- Work-from-home 2-3 days per week.
