We're searching for a good AE on the broker side (non-sales) for an award-winning, regional broker in Kansas City. They have all the tools and resources you would expect from a high-quality benefits advisor, and then some.
Base salary will be comfortably into the 6-figures for the right experience. Supportive & cool manager, great culture, and awesome benefits including unlimited PTO.
What you'll do:
• You are the lead on accounts and are supported by an Account Manager and an Account Analyst.
• You’ll manage a book of $800K to $1.2M and the number of clients will range depending on the size and complexity. Typical client size is 100-2000 employees.
• As the strategic lead, you will see clients by yourself or the producer may join you.
• You may need to accompany the producer to help close prospects.
• All the usual skills are required including unbundled self-funded knowledge, competency with Excel, etc.
