Job Description

We're looking for an account manager that would be interested in working for a small, boutique New York based firm whose focus is solely on Employee Benefits.
  • You'll be one of three people managing a $2M book of business, and serve as the lead point of contact for your assigned accounts.
  • Most clients are in NY, NJ, and CT and will range in size from 5-750 lives.  You'll be managing 100+ primarily.  
  • Salary is up to six figures depending on experience. Plus annual bonus.  And, while this isn't a sales job, if you provide a lead that turns into a client, you'll earn commissions as long as the client is on the books.
  • Hybrid/flexible schedule, laid back culture, tenured employees.
