Benefits Department Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Employee Benefits Department Manager in Springfield, MO, who is driven to help the team find solutions for their clients. This role will oversee eight account managers while working directly with the CEO to drive improvements in policies and procedures.

You will also enjoy a fun work environment, 100%  company-paid medical, and you will be eligible to be an owner through their Employee Stock Ownership plan.
