Product Director - Ancillary

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Director (Deal Desk Manager) for a fast-growing ancillary insurance company.   Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the advertising and selling of the company's products and create competitive advantages for them in the market industry.

What you'll do:

• Act as Product and Market Expert (for ancillary benefits, specifically dental)
• Close Mid to Large market clients 
• Pipeline management and forecasting opportunities over $50,000
• Work closely with a team of Sales Directors and Reps, as the expert, to strategize and close key opportunities 
• Coach and develop sales people with the product knowledge and sales skills
