Job Description

Very rare opportunity to join the sales team of a GA in the San Francisco Bay Area.
As a sales rep, you'll be responsible for maintaining the relationship with the brokers, generating new activity, keeping brokers informed on products, compliance, etc. Target size is typically under 300 lives.
They have excellent service, and the support team will help you with quoting, handling questions, setting up Ease, kit requests, claims issues, implementation, and ongoing service. They've always been good at technology, and carriers love their reporting.
And leadership is there to provide you with the tools you need to do your job, but not there to micromanage. 
Good base salary plus uncapped commissions. Also, as long a broker continues to use you, you continue to be paid on the products that are sold through you.
