We're searching for sales reps in various, larger cities around the country to work for a benefits communications and enrollment company. They partner with insurance companies, brokers, and consultants and have been best-in-class for over 30 years.
The company offers highly flexible technology, HR outsourcing, and personal enrollment solutions to enhance employee services and maximizes the value of expensive benefit programs. This is all possible without the costly addition of building internal systems or making major changes to current infrastructure.
What you'll do: Sell enrollment services primarily through brokers, but you will also develop relationships with carriers.
Target Size: Primarily companies with 2k+ lives. Rarely bring on groups under 500 lives.
Areas can include: SoCal, Den, Phx, KC, StL, Min, Det, WI, OH, Bos, NYC, Dal, or Hou.
Compensation: Six figure base and compensation for reenrollment.
