We're looking for a sales person in Houston, TX to work for a company who provides lifesaving emergency transportation solutions. The company offers distinct advantages that are without rival in the industry.
What's the problem:
- Medical Transportation costs increase the further you are away from emergency care. The most common claim submitted is for ground ambulance service within in 20-mile radius of their residence.
- The average cost of a helicopter transport is over $20K and may run as high as $100K. Every year, over a half million Americans are flown by helicopter to receive emergency care.
- Fixed wing transports are routinely conducted as non-emergent transfers and therefore require preapproval with either prepayment or a guarantee of payment.
- Medicare will NOT preapprove payments for flights that can easily reach $50K for domestic flights and as much as $200K for more for international flights.
This is a work-from-home position covering Houston. No set target size, but currently the average is about 300 lives. Core target groups are health care systems, school districts, municipalities, and financial institutions.
Base salary is $80K-$100K plus commissions and bonuses. OTE for year one is $140K.
