We are looking for a producing sales manager for a Life and LTD company in Atlanta.
The comp plan for a manager is generous as a percent of premium and you'll earn a percentage of what your reps earn. This office already has 3 successful reps! Managers at this company are earning $375k to $575k.
Service staff are paid well, and the rep comp plan pays well too.
There's also a good expense account, the recent edition of some strong senior leadership, and local service to support your brokers and clients. Plus, an old-fashioned pension plan!
