Looking for a producing sales manager to sell ancillary products from 2-10k lives and based in either Philadelphia or Baltimore/DC. We are open to someone with management experience already, or this can be an opportunity for a senior rep to come in, get their feet under them as a sales rep, and then move into management when ready.
The office covers Eastern PA, South Jersey, Philly, Delaware, Maryland, some of VA, and some of DC/Baltimore. The territory within what's listed is significant and negotiable. A manager will typically take a couple of the larger houses.
Service here is great, extensive network, creativity in plan designs, and they have regional and national agreements with producers.
Base salary and a guarantee the first year, plus laptop, cell phone reimbursement, expense account, etc. will also be provided.
