Selling Life and LTD and Voluntary products. Great comp plan and a couple of key components that make this opportunity even more compelling, for instance, they are a growing mutual insurance holding company so are not beholden to the pressures of Wall Street and quarterly reporting.
 
They won't over complicate things and have simple solutions for simple problems.
1. Implementations-Dedicated implementation consultants
2. Billing-self bill/summary bill
3. EOI-they now have Fineos, great reporting capabilities
4. Claims-they have their own claim shop
 
Plus, a good expense account, strong senior leadership, local service to support your brokers and clients, AND an old-fashioned pension plan!
